4 More Days!

Well there are only 4 days till Christmas! Well 3 if you could Saturday since it is our first stop on the Christmas trail. We will be at Mimi and Dada Shafer's Saturday, Sunday with my family, and Monday with Brian's family. I can't wait to see Thomas with Christmas. Only 2 days left till the Christmas party. But enough about me...Let me catch you up on what you really care about...Thomas.

The boy is growing every day. Today he said HOHOHO after I did. It was very cute! He is getting over another ear infection. I knew he had one this weekend, but hey...it was the weekend and there was nothing to do. But he is on medicine now and seems to be doing much better. We are at least sleeping better again! Nana and J-pa (Brian's parents) came to see us last Friday to Saturday. Thomas enjoyed seeing them. We were glad they were able to come see our house! It is nice to live so close to family again! We didn't really do anything exciting except sit and play with Thomas (which the best fun I can have!). Nana and J-pa brought one of Sydney's (Thomas' cousin) old toys to us from Aunt Tara's
house. It is a little doorway thing (see pics) and Thomas LOVES it. He loves to ring the doorbell. Sometimes he will ring the doorbell and then say Hi. Its cute. Monday Thomas and I went out to DFW to meet Aunt Amy and Uncle Paul's airplane so they could see him for a few minutes before they headed off to Lousiana. They actually come back to Texas tonight (its good to have them home!). Last night we went to go see the Grand Prairie Lights display. It was pretty good. We went with Leanne and Kelly. Thomas loved looking at all the lights. He would just point and look. Tomorrow night we are going to meet some friends of our for dinner. We are going to get to see Jenni and Dustin (college friends) and Ben and Katie (Virginia friends). We are all very excited. I think Ben and Katie are actually going to come to the house tomorrow afternoon, so we will get to see them first! I am so excited! We sure miss all of them. Then starts the festivities!
Well, that is the update. I guess if I wrote on here more often, I wouldn't have to post such long posts, huh? Oh well, Longer posts mean more pics! And so...now I will go add some pics of the boy (since that is who really matters!). Enjoy!

So I know these aren't of Thomas, but I thought you might want to see our Stockings!

I want some Whataburger too!!

Where did Thomas go??

There he is! (Yes, I know its blurry...no one said I was a professional!!)
