Ok...so I am trying to do better at keeping everyone up to date more often! Yesterday was an interesting day. It all started normal with Brian going to work and Thomas eating breakfast. I sent him off to nap time around 9am like normal and he went right to sleep. Then about 30 minutes later, he woke up crying. I thought he would go right back to sleep, so I left him for a while, but he didn't stop. So I went and got him up and he was basically inconsolable! He was also playing with his right ear (rubbing it like it hurt). So, I called the Dr and made him an appointment. To make a long story short, the boy has a double ear infection. So, we are on another antibiotic and working to get a ENT referral. Poor baby yesterday was so lethargic and whiney. I have never seen him that way. However, today, he was back to normal. Playing and crawling around. Back to his crazy little self!
Another update...today Thomas pulled up on his high chair and then turned around and let go and took a few steps on his own accord. No coaxing from Mama or anything!
Tomorrow Thomas' friend Avery is going to come over to play and to see the ducks. It will be a nice time to be able to hang out with her mom for me too! Thursday is Parents Day Out and Thomas' FIRST BIRTHDAY!! Friday, Brian's parents and grandparents are coming over (weather permitting) to build Thomas' swing set. And Saturday...well, that is the big day! That is the DUCK PARTY DAY!!!

Awww, poor thing. I hope he's getting back to 100%. No one wants to feel blah on their birthday. Especially when there are ducks to play with!
