Well, Thomas had his 18 month well check the other day at his pediatrician! After impressing all the nurses by how well he talked and how much he knew, we found out that he is indeed growing. He is now 35 and 3/4 inches tall and that he weighs 28.5 pounds! What a tall thing he is! He will now occasionally sit on the potty (and sometimes he even will even "tt potty"!) He continues to talk up a storm and now he even has books memorized! He can sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider", "Rock A Bye Baby", "Jesus Loves Me", and "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes". He is just too cute (well, at least I think so!). He keeps me on my toes..that is for sure!
Things here are going ok. I work way too much right now! I am working at an urgent care clinic on top of my Parent's Day Out job. I usually only end up with one full day a week off, but hey...the money is good! Thomas started day care a few weeks ago due to my starting work. He seems to be ok with it. Most mornings he drops off with ease (which is good b/c usually mommy is running a little late!).

Last weekend I finally had a weekend off, so Thomas and I headed down to Tyler for Bailey and Hadley's birthday party. We had a great time! I got to go shopping for Thomas at this great little store down there called Wiggles and Giggles! (They carry boutique brands at just over cost!) Thomas got several new outfits there! I was also able to go to church for the first time in about 4 weeks, so that was nice! It was a great weekend with relaxation and family

Next weekend my grandmother turns 90 years old! My older sister and my brother-in-law are going to be in town b/c of it. It will be fun to see them. Amy is 13 weeks pregnant, so that is fun! We are going to have a big family portrait done and I am going to get Thomas' 18 (well, 19 by then) month pictures taken then too (hopefully!). It will be fun to have the entire family together! Well, I guess that is all for now. I will try to start doing better with the blogging thing again!
