Pictures...finally!

Ok...so, I finally uploaded the pics of Thomas' party (the few that we have) onto the computer, so I thought I would upload them here too! First, a quick update. Wednesday was Brian's birthday (as you are all now well aware!). He had a good day, but we didn't really celebrate that day. Wednesday night Thomas was up crying almost all night (and that is not an exaggeration!). So, instead of going to PDO on Thursday morning, we stayed home, waited for Gram to come over, and then went to the dr that afternoon. We of course have another ear infection. This time they gave him a shot of Rocephin (big antibiotic!) to hold him over till Monday (today) when we go to the ENT. Thursday and Friday night Thomas spent the night with Gram. Friday I mostly ran errands (got my car Texas legal again!). I also made a birthday cake for Brian Friday night. Saturday I got up and finished icing the cake and then Brian and I headed to "the other" side of town (Carrollton and Celina). We first went to my parents and Brian picked up Thomas and headed to his parents house. I stayed with my mom and we went shopping! I got some new pants and several new shirts (which I really needed). Saturday night we had a family party for Brian at his parents house. It was a small shindig, but we had a good time (thanks again to Carolyn and Jimmy for letting us do it at your house!). Thomas got in the hot tub with JPa Saturday night. Both boys really enjoyed it!! He was too cute in his little swim diaper. We did put his swimsuit for a few minutes, but he didn't really want in the water anymore, so it didn't stay on long. Saturday night we spent the night in Celina with Brian's parents. Sunday we hung out there and drove back in time for some meetings at the church we had to go to. One is for GROW (the outreach program our church is starting up). Since Brian and I were involved in GROW in Virginia, we are helping get things started with this too. We also started Financial Peace University. We will see how that goes. It is supposed to help you pay off debt AND help you save money! I am hoping it works well! Today Thomas has an appointment with an ENT. We are pretty sure they are going to want to do tubes (I can count a for sure 13 ear infections (at least) in the last 10 months and at least 7 different antibiotics in that time also. So, we are pretty confident. I will be very surprised if they don't. So, that is all for now. I will post again after his appointment to let ya know what they say. This is the cake I made for Brian's birthday. Pretty good if I do say so myself. Its the first cake I ever made and decorated!
