Thank you God...

Every night when I put Thomas to bed, we try to follow the same "routine". So, last night was no different. We put on jammies, had a treatment, read some books, and told Gram and Papa good night. Then I took Thomas to his bed, gave him his lovie and paci and put him in the bed. Once in the bed and covered up, he asked me to sing Silent Night (like he does every night!) and I did. Then I told him to say his prayer. Normally, his prayer is "Thank you God for this happy day". We got it from a book called "My Go To Bed Book". It is a cute short book about a kid getting ready for bed. My mom used to read it to me and my sisters. However, last night when I told him to say his prayer, he said, "Thank you God for Mommy". It was just so sweet! What a big grin I had as I shut his door and thanked God for Thomas!
