Haha! Got your attention with the title, didn't I!
Well, after mid 80s degree weather last week, the high here today was in the upper 50s. So, tonight Brian made an "easy man's fire" in the fireplace. We simply bought starter logs and lit one in the fireplace. It was pretty and Thomas thought it was very interesting. He kept wanting to pull up on the hearth to see it. Brian held him for a while and he kept pointing at it! He even sat in the exercauser and just stared at it for a while! He was pretty cute!
Leanne came over tonight to eat dinner with us and just hang out. She was kind enough to feed my messy little man dinner! And a mess he did make! We had to strip him down to the onsie he had on after he finished eating. I am starting to realize why the companies make high chairs with plastic covers!
I made tortilla soup since it was cool out. It was yummy and nice to get to sit around the fire with some soup! What a great night! Makes me a little homesick for fall in Virginia!

Hey Allison (and Brian, too). I am getting a little gift together for MeMe and Dada and need a picture of your little one...wallet size would be best. It can be a snapshot (doesn't needto be pro, but his sweet little head can't be more than about an inch and a half in diameter. I am putting all the great grandkids in ornaments. They have ornaments with the grandkids and so I thought this would be a neat addition to the tree. Let me know if you have any questions. thekolmans@hotmail.com
