Your two and a half year old son stops you and your parents during dinner at a restaurant by saying "Oh No! We forgot to say the blessing!" Of course it took Thomas saying it two or three times for my mom and I to figure out what he was saying (it was a loud restaurant and his mouth had food in it!). So, when we figure it out, I told him to fold his hands and say the blessing. He said his normal "God is great, God is good, Let us thank Him for this food, AMEN!" blessing and then said "NOW!" and finished eating! It does this mommy's heart good to know that Thomas already knows and wants to say his prayers (he won't go to bed at night without his bedtime prayer either!).
Thank you God for the sweet spirit you have given my baby boy!!!

There needs to be more sweet little boys and I think we have some... every night I melt when Nate says his prayer and during the blessing he interupts whoever is praying and starts thanking God for everyone in our fam "and thank you for Christopher..." God is good and you're a great Mom!!!
Way to go! It is so nice when you hear things, and think... I must be doing something right!
