First Part of June 2012

We started off June 1 by cleaning house and getting ready for my sister, her husband, and their two boys to come for a visit.  You can read all about their visit on her blog (as she is once again a better blogger than I).  Start here to see all we did.

They left on the 8th of June and thus started the run around to get Thomas ready to go to his dad's house for 5 1/2 weeks.  I spent most of the day washing clothes or running errands.  Then Friday night I played softball with my Single Parents class for the last time of the season.  Such a fun team to play on! 

Saturday Thomas and I both had belt testing for Tae Kwon Do.  We have both been taking classes at Professional Black Belt Academy (such a great place!).  Thomas' testing was in the morning.  He did awesome and only has two more tests until he is a green belt!

After testing, Thomas left with Brian for his summer visit with him.  While I was sad to see him go for such a long time, I am glad Thomas is getting to spend some time with his dad.  And Thomas was excited to go, so that made it easier too!  After I sent him off, it was time to go home and change my clothes and get ready for my belt test.  I am so excited to have finally made it from a white belt to a yellow belt!!

Once testing was over, it was time to get ready for my travels!
